During business hours, call 1-800-445-5745. After hours, call 833-735-1892 to troubleshoot declined transactions or call 1-800-472-3272 to report a lost/stolen card.

Personalize Your Debit Card

We are proud to offer you a picture choice to select your FREE debit card when opening a new account or when you are replacing an expired card. You can select a photo from our gallery of images. If you are replacing an existing card there is a $7.00 card replacement fee.

Anstaff Bank Gift Cards

Anstaff Bank offers Visa Gift Cards that can be purchased at any of our locations for $4.00 each. They may be used anywhere that accepts credit cards. They can be purchased in amounts ranging from $25.00 - $1,000.00.
